Wood’s Powr-Grip products are guaranteed to be...

• free of any defects in manufacturing or materials...
• for 1 year from the date of purchase on Vacuum Lifter and other equipment products.
• for 3 years from the date of purchase on Hand Cups and Mounting Cups.

» Warranty Does Not Cover :

• Cut or scratched rubber
• WPG recommends that vacuum pads be changed out every two years to maintain maximum holding capacity.
• This is a routine maintenance item and not covered under warranty.
• Damage (e.g. dented components)
• Wear and tear
• Abuse, misuse or neglect
• Modified products

We notify customers of costs prior to repair if a vacuum lifter or other equipment problem is not covered under warranty.

For purchases in the U.S. and Canada:

1. Include the Warranty Return Form
2. Attach the Shipping Label
3. Send the complete product to us with shipping paid.*

*WPG pays for return shipping if product is covered under warranty.

For purchases everywhere else:

1. Return the product to the point of purchase.
